ENGLISH LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY COURSE

The current MBI English Language Proficiency course at IPG Penang Campus for Cohort 1 is already in its third phase. We have a great group of enthusiastic teachers who are very willing learners. It is indeed a pleasure to share the knowledge we have about the teaching of the English Language amongst ourselves. I have indeed learnt a great deal from this great bunch of experienced teachers.

  11. My experiences: English language Profiency Course Cohort 1 2010
I am in the middle of attending the English Language Proficiency Course Cohort 1, at IPG Penang Campus. I am learning to create my own blog. Very easy to do really, and rather interesting. Many thanks to the facilitator, Mr Choong Chai Huat. I've learnt some new things, pick up new thoughts, gain some fresh insights, renew old acquaintances and make new friends. It's a worthwhile course to attend. Many thanks to Puan Tan and Puan Mariah too

  13. The teachers are happy with the way the course have been conducted. The lecturers are very friendly and helpful especially when the teachers facing any difficulties.
The only suggestion is adding more activities in the afternoon session in order to get rid of tiredness and sleepy feelings. Some teachers suggest want to have tea time before dismiss.
If can, please ready sweets/refreshment in the afternoon session.
The moduls are more focusing in secondary school. Let's have something for primary level.
    Thanking you in anticipation. sayonara.....sir

  16. Blogging is fun and exciting. It sure helps to encourage students to write. But the thing is, there must be a limit or some rules and regulation set by parents because blogging consumes a lot of time and the students might blog for different 'purposes'.

  36. Hi Mr Choong-
drop by to wish you Happy Teachers Day!

    -Poem by Kevin William Huff-
    Teachers
    Paint their minds
    and guide their thoughts
    Share their achievements
    and advise their faults

    Inspire a Love
    of knowledge and truth
    As you light the path
    Which leads our youth

    For our future brightens
    with each lesson you teach
    Each smile you lengthen
    Each goal you help reach

For the dawn of each poet
    each philosopher and king
    Begins with a Teacher
    And the wisdom they bring...
